I appreciate that you're cautiously optimistic but I don't think blip is the right word. quick google search shows they're are 88k students at penn alone.

if say 60% vote and 75% of that group votes for Kamala, thats 39k votes - which was basically the gap in 2016 hilary lost by.

It's all about turnout, and is a game of inches. This why stuff like the Taylor Swift endorsement genuinely moves the needle IMO. she posted a link for voter registration. even if that netted a modest 20k new voters, you're eating into the GOP margin somewhere.

The PA/PSU/Villanova kids vote heavy every year. The non-college kids that voted in COVID are the question. They are the majority.

If Dems never had celebrity endorsements I would weight Taylor and Bey heavier but I don't see a huge impact IMHO
