Trump went and talked to actual voters, then activated a bunch of new ones to vote for him. In 2016, he was unequivocally a good campaigner.

And he still would have lost had Hillary bothered to actually visit voters and talk to them, but she basically stayed cloistered and distant, let Trump set the narrative about her, failed to get her own voters excited, and relied on nonsense Robby Mook narratives about AZ and GA coming through for her one cycle too early.
That's interesting

That's always seemed like a gross oversimplification and more of a fun talking point to get off more than anything to me

have any deeper analysis by chance?

She didn't spend much time in the Midwest at all.

It's not the only reason she lost, so I suppose that from that perspective, it's simplified, but IMO, it's grounded in truth.

Rogan posted this earlier. What a fukkin moron :mjlol: ....then has the nerve to say "everyone should understand what's happening" as if he's dropping facts. He actually thinks he comes off looking good in this clip :what:

But just shows how nervous these fakkits are. They're all coming out and trying to give trump that final push heading into election day. Full on desperation mode. Never seen anybody sell their soul on this level.

"campaigning" has always been overrated to me

because what would that have meant, really? a bunch of people in the midwest who were voting for hillary anyway, showing up at her rallies :dead: it's the age of smartphones, no one has to go to in-person rallies to form political opinions

there's no evidence that hillary holding rallies in wisconsin would have won her wisconsin

Crazy idea.

But republicans can just start appealing to the naturally changing demographics of the country instead of fighting against them.

Like how is it a political rallying call to continue to alienate the people who will be going to the voting booths?

Do better republicans, or you will never win another national race again :manny:
