One thing we got to stop putting a lot of faith in is the early voter numbers and comparing them to the last election. I think we're all smart enough to realize here that the circumstances were completely different and I think most will be resorting to the norm of voting in person on election day. There are certainly some great trends that can be noticed, but I'm still not taking too much stock in the numbers at this point.

It annoys me how Dems let Trump run with the narrative that he’s anti war [which is bullsh1t] and they’re the warhawks and don’t push back

I agree with them going further to the right on things like immigration to try to win the election but I feel like they’ve toned down the anti war rhetoric because they feel like pretending to be closer to the center on war is good for votes when the opposite is true right now in this country

They aren’t really even pro war they just don’t fight back on the issue enough. They don’t do a good enough job explaining why they are protecting Ukraine and how it has nothing to do with being pro war

I’ve heard too many independent and moderate voters say how they might vote for Trump because unlike the Dems Trump is anti war and it’s very annoying
The Democrats are a pro-war party so there's not really anything they can actually do to credibly combat Trump's claims on this issue, especially not right now. They didn't tone down the anti-war rhetoric out of political expediency, they did it because they don't believe it and are perpetually annoyed at being the "p*ssy party" so they purposefully marginalize the anti-war segment of their coalition. The Military Industrial Complex has a patronage over both political parties, so Trump was able to buck bipartisan orthodoxy in 2016 and project as a "circuit-breaker" to capture the anti-war high ground, although it's somewhat less credible now that he has a full term record of also engaging in militarism. But yeah, I also see a lot of independent/undecided/unaffiliated voters talk about this as a reason they consider Trump. It's one of his strongest cards to play. :francis:

Trump almost started a war with Iran, the only reason it didn’t happen is because of COVID.

Before I debunk your Trump apologia do you agree with us arming Ukraine?

"And in some of the pictures, they’re sitting in his lap. I mean, and, and then there’s one I especially remember where there’s a stain, a telltale stain and on the front of Trump’s pants, and the girls are pointing at him and laughing.”

This makes me suspicious of the veracity of Michael Wolff's story here. We're to believe that trained sex workers are pointing and laughing at their John, a moment which just happened to be caught on camera? That detail seems specifically designed to humiliate Trump, it's a little too "and then the whole bus cheered".

Trump is not anti war

Also by definition every President we’ve ever had is a “Warhawk” because that industry is highly lucrative so that’s never gonna change as long as were alive regardless of who the president is but Dems are still fundamentally more anti war then republicans they’re just afraid to promote that

They also aren’t known to some as the p*ssy party because of their stances on war it’s because of the LBGTQ movement I’d say why they get that heat from some

They’re minors. You think they’ll have that level of maturity?

You going back to your 2016 ways with the apologia :francis:
