Shapiro would be a terrible idea. PA would not like their Governor abandoning them after only 16 months as Governor to attempt to became VP. Plus when she loses that means he cannot run in 2028.
Yep. Whoever they choose has to be up next election if Kamala wins and manages to have two terms. Dems need to be simultaneously working on this election and planning for the next two presidential elections. The Republicans are not giving up their goals. They need to be making big moves.

1) If Kamala loses, it would have no effect on Shapiro's political future. He is up for reelection in 2026 and probably would be a leading candidate in 2028 in this timeline due to the fact he's termed after he gets reelected.
2) Kamala has been the presumtive nominee for not even 48 hours. Calm the fukk down with this doom and gloom shyt.
