I will admit that Joe stepping down didn't really affect me either way, I knew he was going to pass the baton to Kamala in the 2nd term. I was just hoping the Democrats didn't full on panic and do a open-convention, but it seems like everyone now is getting on board with Kamala and the Obamas will sign off prior to the Convention.
What's got me stunned is how Trump's team never factored in Biden pulling this stunt, knowing full well he could've been waiting until after their Convention in a game of chicken. Biden said he was never going to be a 2-Term President, and Sunday, he proved himself right and now they are flailing for the first time in 3 election cycles.
They simply didn't plan on this happening, at all.
