Who said I wanted Trump picking the next one. Can the Dems be trusted not to mess up the next SC pick? If Biden wins, the Senate remains Republican and no SC judge dies or retires until Biden's final year in office. Is it a slam dunk we are getting a liberal judge? See 2015/16' it's not. if your theory were true Bernie would have won the nomination this year with a neo-fascist in the White House.
