I want to look like this manlet here.

I feel like if I can get to 175; I’d look like that. My upper body even with its pudge, is similar. I have a visible 6 pack on my gut lol. My shoulders on Dwight Howard and I never been a weightlifter at the gym..just cardio.. lately I’ve included both. 5’9 230

I'd imagine the smoothies (with pulp) would be better as you're getting the fiber which feels you up and aids digestion.
I recommend juicing and smoothies, but as far as which is better for you, juicing is way more beneficial. With juicing, you can extract from a lot more things that you usually wouldn't put in a blender (turmeric, beets, ginger, celery, red/green cabbage, etc.) Plus with juicing, the nutrients go straight to your bloodstream faster than a smoothie. With a smoothie, it has to pass through your stomach same as eating food. You can get your fiber from other sources. I will say, smoothies are better for leafy greens than a juicer is.

12 percent body fat. I have a 180 lbs lean body mass right now but I’m 230lbs. The current regiments I’m doing over the course of the next 7 months should bring me down to 215 at about 12%.

I'm going to cut out soda for the entirety of 2018

I only drink soda on cheat days (weekends/ days off work)

I drink this shyt at work. Just one bottle with a ziplock bag of spinach leaves (snack)



Its nasty af, tastes like medicine but it has zero sugar :manny:

Try water with apple cider vinegar.
I drink a fair amount of water throughout the day already.. I can't drink water alone when I'm eating tho. Chaser has to have flavor :sadcam:

I know a chick that be going hard on that apple cider vinegar... :jbhmm: is it worth it?

Keep in mind I'm a regular juicer too

They say you should always wear a belt if you squat more than your body weight. I don't, but I probably should for proper form with heavy weights. I do wrap my knees with a copper fit knee sleeve or wraps just to be safe. I don't want to be old with bad joints in my knees.

I'm squatting 225 at the moment. Never really tried to go heavier. We gotta look our for our joints at this age.

I occasionally go heavier but its verrrrry gradual :whoa: .. Plus I work out too many different muscle groups to be worried about how heavy I'm lifting on certain ones in particular..

I be seeing mfs spending a whole hour on just squats or bench press I'm like :childplease:


I'm too old to be acting like I'm in a strong man competition pushing up 8 stacks :camby:
