Train kickboxing and have an amateur fight. Start thursday. Do more plyometrics and yoga while still working out my full body 3 days a week. Also cleaning up my diet away from sugars and grease. Just overall be a healthy human being.
Actual meditate and write down my long and short term goals as well.

This is true shyt lol. You’d be surprised at just how much you can get accomplished in a month.
I was over my BMI at the end of November and I’m a short dude, so it showed on me clearly. I was like nah, I gotta get this weight off of me. Cardio, eating right, and drinking lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of water...I’m much better now than I was a month ago.
I’m trying to tone up more though.
Just straight lifting and cardio. Wanted to get a bit bigger and stronger before i started. Going to be training under a guy who trained under roufous sport kickboxing and has his own gym.
