Train kickboxing and have an amateur fight. Start thursday. Do more plyometrics and yoga while still working out my full body 3 days a week. Also cleaning up my diet away from sugars and grease. Just overall be a healthy human being.

Actual meditate and write down my long and short term goals as well.

Getting a promotion at work so this year is starting of good!

Gonna join the gym again tomorrow even though im in crazy good shape right now without even working out. Gonna start my 3-4am fukk-it-up sesh this week.
Been implementing new habits over the past couple weeks and I feel good about it. That should be one.

This is true shyt lol. You’d be surprised at just how much you can get accomplished in a month.

I was over my BMI at the end of November and I’m a short dude, so it showed on me clearly. I was like nah, I gotta get this weight off of me. Cardio, eating right, and drinking lots and lots and lots and lots and lots of water...I’m much better now than I was a month ago.

I’m trying to tone up more though.

I’m trying to tone up more though.

I already have abs if I flex them. But a nzight of drinking deads that lol. If I legit ate chicken broccoli etc for two weeks Id easily look like a model or some shyt. Its hard though when you work and need to grab food. But this is for someone who calorie counts, I have no idea how people get obese lol. I crunched the numbers a d Id have to be eating shyt all day for that. Its crazy.

How have you been training?
Just straight lifting and cardio. Wanted to get a bit bigger and stronger before i started. Going to be training under a guy who trained under roufous sport kickboxing and has his own gym. Looking for an fight after summer going to train for atleast 9 months(3-5 times a week)Now im doing plyometric shyt and intense stretching for total hip mobility.

See if I can get the total of my dead lifts, bench, and squats up to 1200lb. That should be doable, since my total was 1080 last year.

Learn how to swim and do yoga.

Start at the gym and just do light toning and bodyweight exercise and keeping fit for health. fukk ego and aesthetics.

Never been interested in being muscular or protein shakes or any of that shyt.
