I'm trying to focus on consistency and just creating healthier habits. Exercising more regularly and swapping out bad foods for better ones. Also trying not to use food a coping mechanism for stress or just having a bad day/moment in general.
Nice! I have a juicer and I use it more in the summer. It's a pain to clean so I don't do it very often. I was just talking with a friend today and told her I wanted to have a juicing party. Just let people same some different things and bottle it up if they want to buy it. Seems like a good way to get people try shyt without investing a ton of their money. I hate cleaning that fukkin thing but its become habit. I'm cleaning it out like three times a day.
I don't make smoothies or add sugar and other things I just juice everything pure (just vegetables so far, I eat fruit whole)
I workout regularly and I've noticed my workouts are a tad bit better. It hasn't made me superman in there tho but I have better stamina. .. My digestion has been and I rarely ever have stomach aches or gas since juicing.. And I'm pretty sure my blood pressure is lower..
