I'm trying to focus on consistency and just creating healthier habits. Exercising more regularly and swapping out bad foods for better ones. Also trying not to use food a coping mechanism for stress or just having a bad day/moment in general.

215-220 with abs

6', 210 and muscular all around ( people Always ask me if i played football or rugby in college) but my abs suck. I dont do any cardio or ab exercises cause it bores the fukk out of me. Diet isn't in tact either. But I'm finally done with grad school, and I'm ready to get back on my shyt.

I recently discovered juicing...

Bought a lil $40 juicer two months ago...

I'm in the produce section everyday now juicing two to three times a day... :francis:

Nice! I have a juicer and I use it more in the summer. It's a pain to clean so I don't do it very often. I was just talking with a friend today and told her I wanted to have a juicing party. Just let people same some different things and bottle it up if they want to buy it. Seems like a good way to get people try shyt without investing a ton of their money. I have a vitamix, so I thought of doing smoothies too.

I like my size but I wanna:

-lose about 5 lbs round the obliques area.
-graduate to the next 2 steps on the box jump
-improve my calf strength
-run full-courts this summer. My friends stay wanting to keep half court.:stopitslime:

I hate cleaning that fukkin thing but its become habit. I'm cleaning it out like three times a day. :snoop:

I don't make smoothies or add sugar and other things I just juice everything pure (just vegetables so far, I eat fruit whole)

I workout regularly and I've noticed my workouts are a tad bit better. It hasn't made me superman in there tho but I have better stamina. .. My digestion has been :lawd: and I rarely ever have stomach aches or gas since juicing.. And I'm pretty sure my blood pressure is lower..

I feel you, when I was juicing, I would make a bunch at night for the next day. That way I'm just cleaning it once a day. Godspeed for doing just veggies. I always have to cut with a fruit or something sweeter like carrots. Frozen strawberries and spinach is my go-to smoothie, I don't add sugar either. :salute: on the digestion. Juicing definitely makes a big difference! Prayers for continued success with it.

Right now I'm 198-199 lbs

I wanna go to 190. Don't care about looking big. Just want to look defined. I've already given up on intermittent fasting since my schedule is wonky but I've already upped my protein, watching my carbs, watching my calories blah blah blah
