No goals per se. Just remain as consistent as I was during the summer and everything else will fall in line.

I do need to get a nutribullet though. My blender isn't cutting it anymore. Morning veggie and fruit smoothies seem like a good addition to my morning routine.

The juicer removes the pulp. Smoothies use the whole fruit/veg so you're getting the pulp. My friend starting juicing and feeds her dog the pulp, said he likes it.

I'd imagine the smoothies (with pulp) would be better as you're getting the fiber which feels you up and aids digestion.

Better for you, but if you don't have a good blender, the consistency of a smoothie can be really off putting. You don't want to drink a thick, gross drink, but with juice, even if it's nasty, you can just down it like a shot of alcohol :manny: I've tossed whole smoothies because the taste was bad or texture was off. If you're going to invest in equipment, I would say get a vtiamix or blendtec. I have a vitamix and use frozen fruit as my base instead of ice and it's always able to blend everything smooth. I didn't have the same experience with the nutribullet.

I'd like to get down to the 180 range (5'8", about 195)

I just moved back to Houston and allowed myself to take last week off (save for Christmas) because I was going out heavy, but now I would like to slim down a bit

12-13 % body fat right now. Absstarting to setAin’t trying to bulk up so I’m not pushing anything more than 20 lbs my own weight. i superset and don’t take more than 15 second breaks between super sets. Try to do 3-4 supersets in 30 minutes. I’m also trying to run 6 minute miles. I do 4 miles in 30 minutes now, after weights, but I want to get to 5 miles in 30 minutes. I eat clean like 70 % of the time. That could be 80%. If I keep this up I’ll be at a muscly 10% come summer.

12 percent body fat. I have a 180 lbs lean body mass right now but I’m 230lbs. The current regiments I’m doing over the course of the next 7 months should bring me down to 215 at about 12%.
