The Kings suck on defense and that was such a small sample size, yet they're thinking of taking WCS to makeup for any of Cousins deficiencies and would have taken Noah Vonleh last year to mold into a defensive PF

Okafor will be an all-star, and a 20/10 guy you can run offense through. But you better get a defensive PF to play next to him long term someone that can make that 3.

Also, would you rule out Thibs going to LA for a year as the highest paid assistant in the league? That'd certainly make a difference.

I think that pairing is going to be awful defensively, Favors & Kanter was HORRIBLE despite the fact Favors is one of the better rim protectors in the league, Drummond and Monroe was awful as well, even though Drummond is solid.

I don't hate the Lakers, I hate how the fans just throw logic in the bushes. There's no history of either dude being good defenders, but because they're going to be on the Lakers together they automatically will become better defenders :Chill1:

And you said he's longer and more agile, Pau is a complete outlier in regards to his size for his position.

Can you answer why a 6'10" and 6'11" frontcourt like Kanter & Favors were so bad? Even though one of them is very athletic and borders on being elite and they had length at other positions.

Tristan Thompson is playing a majority of minutes at Center right now, he's not a center, just like Pau's not a center. And most importantly, Pau is 7'1", he's taller than Marc so using him as an example in a discussion about Okafor & Randle is just

Didn't watch much Jazz basketball. But are you saying they had the ingredients to be a defensive front court but failed to be one??
