His facts are flawed because he's making the assumption that Ahmaud's intent was to burglarise a 'dwelling' during broad day light, in a residential area with only with his two bare hands. He has no basis for that assumption, neither do those vigilantes. I could assume Ahmaud was looking for somewhere to piss/shyt, but I have no basis either. If they don't have evidence he stole in the neighborhood before nor can prove his intent, then this Youtuber and those vigilantes' claims are baseless. Even the homeowner stated nothing was stolen.
So an illegal citizen's arrest was conducted. They would have had to have knowledge or witnessed a felony taking place.

Trespassing is still breaking the law and may or may not fall under Georgia's Citizen's arrest law
Tatum is making assumptions not based on available facts. There is nothing to prove Arberys intent, like stealing something, a getaway car, taking photos, carrying a bag, nothing. Even of there was, it would not justify the citizens arrest, as the McMichael's didn't witness anything, they made an assumption.
