doesn’t matter, if he shot 1st or 2nd after grabbing the gun.They followed Ahmaud guns drawn and then passed him in the truck.

They didn’t conduct a citizens arrest properly, they had no reasonable knowledge that Ahmaud committed a crime, let alone a felony. The never saw him steal a thing.

Ahmaud had the right to defend himself, which was moving the muzzle of the gun away from his body.

Yeah man when Ahmaud ran around the other side of the truck, that slack jawed cac with the long gun immediately shot him, it’s why when you see them struggling for the gun when they came back into frame you can see Ahmauds shirt already soaked in blood.. Kid was literally fighting for his life

I just cant relate to these posters who still believe in this legal system. when they say "they need to get first degree murder" "they need to get felony assault" they need to get this and they need to get that. very few posters saying..they need to get house burnt, they need to get shanked in jail, they need to get Got before they can get arrested and protected by other white supremacist in law enforcement and corrections.

Just saying those punishment titles is too much faith in the legal system its basically saying "white daddy needs to give them this punishment" because white people always selectively enforce their penalties especially when it comes to punishing white supremacists.

Even When a white supremacist murderer has been arrested. This legal system has not given justice to the black family. Dare I say Ever. I can't remember the last time a white person receiving a death penalty for murdering a black person. Sentences have been light and settlements have been plenty.

I can’t speak for everybody but I would say the same thing regardless of race but I know it’s easier to assume everybody just thinks whatever way you need them to think to be correct in your POV. I also don’t think what he did equals being chased or killed. I can separate the two unlike many in this thread. All you guys can claim that’s the norm and it maybe for you but that’s just not the norm if you go and ask random people as adults (esp if they aren’t in construction) I’m sorry.
