The guy in Tampa was convicted and his case was more similar to Zimmerman's than this one.

The guy left his vehicle with a shotgun using it to intimidate another person. That’s brandishing.
Even if it is open carry state, you can’t use your weapon in a threatening manner.
This would be an example of brandishing, the gun doesn’t even have to be out.
So I don’t see how a man chases Arbery in a truck hop out with a shotgun Impeding his path, escalating the situation isn’t seen as brandishing.

wouldnt be surprise they add this to his charge cuz if they determine Arbery didnt commit a crime.. they had no right to detain him.

Eye witnesses and camera has him inside a house under reconstruction, which is against Georgia law according to the video. That results in a felony and you can perform a citizens arrest if you catch someone in the act.
However I don't think it was THAT serious to chase him. He didn't take anything, just call the cops and let them know the location.

Where's the felony? Can you cite the particular law?
How do we know what his intent was if he was in there for a bit and didn't take anything?
What was he caught in the act doing other than trespassing (misdemeanor)?
