I thought it was from when Butler ran him over on that last play. Hit the ground pretty hard.

Yeah, I hadn't seen the replay yet when I posted that. You watch he's rubbing his elbow immediately afterwards. That's a good sign, just a bump not a stress injury.

Still might use it as an excuse to load manage against the Hawks though.

Lebron ain't missing a game against the Hawks. He's trying to beat Kareem's record and that's an easy 25-30 point game with half the effort.

Might even get to load manage the entire fourth quarter

Staying healthy and in peak form is more important to the title (and to beating the record) than playing every single opportunity.

Having watched in the past he doesn't seem to take opponent quality into account when sitting games. He sits against bad, good, and mediocre teams pretty evenly.
