He's semi-famous, but only to a small portion of the population, he could easily slide in somewhere and have no one who knows him.

He wasn't that cool, he was genuinely below average when it came to socialisation, hence why he kept getting in trouble for sexually harassing the women who worked at Microsoft, and had short-lived and rocky relationships, and why he never got married.
