That Was a serious cut on Fury . After the Wallin fight , Tyson’s demeanor and whole vibe of the fight being in February seemed like it ain’t gonna happen . The rematch if it it happens wont be in February, I don’t believe it until we hear about negotiations.
i saw it up and close back in october when fury was in philly for the beterbiev vs gvozdyk fight...shyt did not look 100 percent...but shyt all the fukkery to keep that rematch alive including letting him continue the distance busted open like that..something needs to happen :heh:

Nah they have pressure on them from both the WBO and IBF, also to make the big money fight with Wilder.

this..the IBF i think is the first one up to bat and they will strip without a care in the world if things dont go the way they want..they want the winner to face pulev :hhh:

Honestly, :camby: the unification shyt. All the fukkery the sanctioning bodies be pulling makes it unrealistic unfortunately. :martin:

As far as the Fury fight goes, I'm pretty sure the contract was already signed so it's happening. Unless they both decide to mutually opt out of it.

That’s cool, that’s your opinion which is fair enough but personally I think Usyk would beat Ortiz comfortably. Usyk’s footwork is elite, don’t judge off 1 fight, it’s not like he was even bad in that fight, he was fine, dominated and then made him quit, he’s like Loma in the sense he can make fighters quit. I’d put money on Usyk beating Ortiz, would really like to see that fight. I don’t think Ortiz would get close to him, will just keep getting hit over and over again. Think it would be domination. Ortiz wasn’t really the very best at amateur or pro, Usyk is much more accomplished. Ortiz doesn’t really have any great wins on his record, he’s a bit of a myth. I do think he’s good but he’s not top 5 and possibly not top 10, somebody like Dubois would knock Ortiz out cold. I respect Ortiz as a boxer though, he’s good and solid but not the very elite, Szpikla gave Wilder a tricky time for a while too and he’s not elite either.
Lmao we'll see. I don't see dubois, usyk, Joshua, ruiz, etc beating Ortiz at all.

Usyk is a punching bag at Heavy:camby:

I seen someone trying to say that straight up n down cac is a better boxer than Ortiz:hhh:

No he’s not, you do realise he’s fought and beat heavyweights in the amateurs don’t you? Also several fighters that have been heavyweights or moved up. Usyk is a way better boxer than Ortiz, he’s far more accomplished, where do you people get the idea Ortiz is some kind of elite fighter? Purely the propaganda? Usyk has done remarkable things at amateur and pro.

This video is very relevant how people have been brainwashed into hyping up Ortiz when he doesn’t even have elite wins as a pro, he’s a technically good yet unproven fighter at elite level. Wilder is his best opponent by far and got knocked out twice.

Hopefully we do get to actually see, the reality will kill the hype job off quick. Ortiz is a good solid fighter but that’s it, probably b level. Dubois would knock him out cold, he wouldn’t be able to handle that power, even Wilder himself said he’s the 1 to watch in future. Ortiz already rejected to fight Whyte and AJ though, but he did fight Allen and Hammer.... maybe now he’s lost again he will take better fights as has less to lose.

Saw a stat earlier, number of KO victories against top 10 opposition, Joe Louis has 27. Wilder has 2.

You gone sit on this website and lie that Ortiz refuses a fight with Whyte. He also as y’all say choose a better option to fight Wilder with a full camp than to fight AJ short notice. He got the same pay. Hearn literally signed this man and put him on the shelf.

He did refuse, that's facts, he got offered the fight and refused. Think it was on multiple occasions but 100 percent got offered the fight, it was a headline fight too. Like I said he got offered to fight both of them, turned both down, his own team have said he refused AJ offer and he 100 percent got offered the Whyte fight, was to be a headline fight too. I don't lie, everything I say is based off facts, no point saying something like that unless it's facts.

Edit: To add a bit more information to this, Ortiz was offered the fight vs Whyte for the 2nd Chisora fight slot, Ortiz was a big contender and got offered the fight but he turned it down, he suggested fighting on Wilder undercard again, knowing that was impossible for Whyte to cancel his headline show to go fight on someone's undercard.

That’s absolutely what they said but Journalist refuted this

Luis Ortiz Accepts Dillian Whyte's Offer To Fight on 12/22 in UK

Also Whyte used the excuse of Ortiz not speaking English then fought an unknown fighter who doesn’t speak English

Not accurate, Ortiz got offered way more than he made for the first Wilder fight but but priced himself out again and didn't take the fight. Whyte did not say he didn't want to fight him cause he couldn't speak English, that point was about the money they were demanding, Ortiz obviously due to the language issue couldn't promote the fight as much and he was asking for unreasonable figures when he'd be zero draw, infact Chisora because of their history was a way bigger draw. Regardless they offered him that fight.

Ortiz and his team have a history of lying and spinning things. What I said was from direct sources, Ortiz camp initially spun the AJ offer the exact same way until Eddie Hearn got pissed off again and said he was going to expose them, as soon as he did that they backtracked and said it was their fault and admitted turning it down , think it was around 7 or 8 mil. The purses listed for the Wilder rematch are significantly lower . Ortiz turning down fights then saying people don't want to fight him plays into the myth about people not wanting to fight him when it's documented people would.

Maybe now he's lost yet again against the only real top quality fighter he's faced in his whole career he will feel he has less to lose and actually take some fights. He should fight Usyk or Wlad if he comes back.
