Same spend half of the day recovering, messes with your sleep etc, I still Dr but cut it back 90%Going for a long walk in a bit…
This is honestly why I’ve cut back on drinking. Whole next day you just feel like crap.
Physically I can walk more without getting tired but I wasn't really getting winded or nothing, just easier for longer walks.What are y'all results so far?
