Ankle monitor Apple WatchI've been averaging 11K the past week or so. I'm getting more burn out of my apple watch since this thread started. I, too, want to better track my steps. I toss my phone in a locker when I'm at work so I can focus but I lose out on a lot of steps.

He mentioned that it was for general health. I walk for similar reasons but more so mental health. I work from home and sometimes I might go hours just staring at the screen so I use 15-30 minute walks throughout the day to give myself a break and just get outside. It helps me stay right both physically and mentally.Is this for weight loss, heart endurance, cholesterol, or something else?
