Day 37
Bought me a walking pad so I can start getting these in during one session.
Played a 12 minute quarter game of 2K, upped the speed of the pad during timeouts and didn't automatically skip past the cut scenes like I normally do. Ended up hitting over 10k in about a hour and a half yesterday. Going to try to get this in at least 3-4 times a week, in addition to still hitting the treadmill and stair master at the gym.
I barely move at work![]()
I don't work from home unfortunately. If I did, I'd be doing like Ole boy in the treadmill thread and walking that bytch for 6 hours a dayIdk what your work set up is like but if you work corporate, try getting a desk with a treadmill attached. Use it while taking call and you’ll be surprised how many steps you’ll get it.
My dad’s friend got one last year and dropped like 25 lbs using it daily with no major changes to his diet.

Apple watch I got for free but it’s an older model. Let me get more usage out of it until I think about an upgrade.
I prefer to have the higher end/more premium product when it comes to tech. I’ll go for the macbook pro over and air. Just my preference. You might not need an upgrade, probably does the same shyt the new one does.
Or you can get expensive ones with Bluetooth that sync to your devices. And work with apple fit/android health and shyt.

Now this I’d like. I wonder if they have ones that are more discreet. I dress corporate so maybe something I can clip inside the legs of my pants.
I feel you. I like tech too, it ain't for everybody. And I'm staunchly against the notion of having to buy in before one begins or maintains a goal. That leaves too much of an opening for people to be like "fukk it".
