All in one session isn't particularly difficult either. All in one SET however, is quite a feat.I don't think 100 for 100 days is a good thing for your body.. should at least allow 48 hours for recovery..
edit - nevermind I assumed when you guys said 100 you would do them all flat out in one session.. what sort ofchallenge is this needing 24 hours to get 100 push ups in
