Day 1 done @3:45p (100 Standard Push-ups, 25x4)
Day 2 done @4:30p (100 Standard Push-ups, 25x4)
Day 3 done @4:05p (100 Standard Push-ups, 20, 30, 25x2)


this isn't as tough without a rest day as i remember it being, i can do pushups but i usually take a day of rest after the 2nd day, today wasn't so bad. i can imagine it will only get easier.

that last set was really hard for some reason, the 3 before it wasn't even noticeable.

I missed today. It's hard for me to maintain a routine on days off from work, weird.
Do them when you wake up. Everyday.

I made this a goal of mine without seeing this thread. I would do like a sets of 35, 30, 25, 10...after maybe like two week I was doing two sets of 50...maybe 40, 40, 20 on a bad day. I started seeing a difference and stopped smh. I'm get back on it. I still wanna be able to knock out a 100 straight :sadcam:

Definitely a bit more challenging with the new set limit but I finished them, it will only get easier.

Last set kicked my ass for some reason today to where I had to break it down to 20-15 but I didn't give up and I feel it in my chest.

Also, I have no idea how people do this in conjunction with other workouts. Every time I've tried to do something other than a pushup I fail miserably.

Also, I might be creating muscle imbalance low key... :patrice:

I did this during the summer everyday sometimes twice a day along with 100 standing shoulder presses, if I was bored, now I do a 3 day lifting split should I continue doing the 100 pushups ???
