How the fukk do you keep your hands from hurting? You don't use the ground when you do them?
I use the ground but I guess it's become muscle memory for me now. Being in the military for the past 13yrs pushups and pull-ups and certain workouts have become 2nd nature. I usually do 50 push-ups every hour

Inside of my right hand is fukking killing me when I try to do it today :mjcry:

Buy some gloves, use dumbbells, use kettlebells, or do it on the carpet.

I'm in, but only on hte days I go to the gym, which 3-4 times a week.. I just can't workout in any fashion at the house.

I had been doing all my pushups with the close format. Definitely noticed my triceps getting that work.

But I didn't know that it didn't benefit my chest as much as wide pushups do. May alternate 100 of each every other day or 75 of each each day.
