How the fukk do you keep your hands from hurting? You don't use the ground when you do them?After doing 100 a day for about 3 weeks, I upped it to 200 daily and now I'm around 300 a day for about the past 2 weeks now.
I use the ground but I guess it's become muscle memory for me now. Being in the military for the past 13yrs pushups and pull-ups and certain workouts have become 2nd nature.
