I only do timed push-ups, but I'm sure I hit at least a 100 a day by doing Tabata Push-Ups twice daily (AM & PM). Tabata is dope because it increases intensity by decreasing rest time, which gets you a good pump; and it only takes four minutes, so it's not disruptive. 20 second on, 10 seconds off, 8 rounds.

I'ma have to try this one time soon. Yo you got your gym schedule already floating anywhere out here in the coli?

Set @ Repetition Range: 4 @ 12 - 15
Rest: 1 Minute

Monday: Quads x Hams [5 exercises]
Tuesday: Back [5 exercises] x Biceps [3 exercises]
Wednesday: Chest [4] x Dips[1] x Triceps [3]
Thursday: Shoulders [4]
Friday [or Saturday]:Full Body- Legs [2] x Back [1] x Biceps [1] x Chest [1] x Dips [1] x shoulders [1]
Sunday [or Saturday]: Fasted Cardio (at least 3 Miles) x Timed HIIT (choose a weak point, a body wight exercise, use Tabata)

I didn't specify which exercises to use because ultimately whatever exercises you choose will engage and improve that area; no need to overthink it.

Only thing about doing this is my arms sometimes cant fit in my shirt sleeve :bryan:had to fall back on this
