I only do timed push-ups, but I'm sure I hit at least a 100 a day by doing Tabata Push-Ups twice daily (AM & PM). Tabata is dope because it increases intensity by decreasing rest time, which gets you a good pump; and it only takes four minutes, so it's not disruptive. 20 second on, 10 seconds off, 8 rounds.
