At this point I'm thinking I might stay with this even after 100 days. It's become routine.

I might jump on that.
Do you think theres any point doing it if you already do weights?

I lift weights and I do the pushups everyday...I do half before lifting (on my 3day split) as a warmup and the other half later in the day.. on off days i do the 100

Used to do 250 pushups at the end of every workout, 5 sets of 50. Gonna get back to that soon. Lost 7 months to a broken leg and ankle, just starting to get back in shape.

I meant to tell yall boys that I hit 100 a couple of days ago. :blessed:

Notes:
-The best part of this was developing the mental toughness to keep doing it NO MATTER how I felt. some days I felt shytty... I was sick, hungover, etc. But I still did them
-My arms are definitely bigger... although nothing to write home about just yet
-I think I developed a muscle imbalance with my lower back because I pretty much didn't do any other exercises while doing this. I would caution you guys to still keep a well-rounded workout routine if you do this.

I only do timed push-ups, but I'm sure I hit at least a 100 a day by doing Tabata Push-Ups twice daily (AM & PM). Tabata is dope because it increases intensity by decreasing rest time, which gets you a good pump; and it only takes four minutes, so it's not disruptive. 20 second on, 10 seconds off, 8 rounds.
