I think if there is any area they need to make some moves for new talent ASAP it's in their women's division. Their current crew is kinda ass.
They need to start stealing some of them broads in TNA that are probably working on a by appearance pay system.
Getting these women would set things off in the women's division:
Tessa Blanchard
Jordynne Grace
Taya Valkyrie
Kiera Hogan
Su Yung (just for the gimmick alone which is a winner)

...buit then, how many segments do the women even get each week?

In a two hour show where everyone's doing 10 minute minimums, where do you fit all those women?
