Blood & Guts: They should've had Jericho legit fall onto actual concrete. There really is no pleasing y'all

AEW is doing themselves a disservice not being able to end with an umph. We shyt on the E but it's a reason they can trot out all these glorious highlights of bigger than life moments over the years. They deliver in the big moments over time. AEW big moments end in farts and whimpers.

Good show I had no complaints really until the main event which was good too but had some botches...cameras was on MJF/Jericho talking before the spot off the cage. The finish of the match was weak.

We might need to have a discussion soon about AEW/Khan and their finishes. They build good stories but the finishes be meh as hell sometimes.

if one of these people finna fall on concrete... logic says it isn't the young champion in a throwaway backstage segments, and should instead be the older, established guy in a big, consequences-heavy match as he gets Mufasa'd by the young upstart who took his kingdom.

AEW just stays hustlin backwards, is the issue. If you're gonna do it, do the shyt correctly at least

But the entire heat on this feud revolves around those two guys.. who else was gonna do that spot for the dramatics?

It was a solid way to continue protecting one of their biggest new talent investments while still making IC look as strong as they've been since day 1. I just wish the spot wasn't anti climactic. It wasn't anywhere near as bad as the Moxley match ending which was also a very good match, but still...
