At this point they better hope this Mania can be on the same level as WM26, because nothing is looking promising right now. Rock showed up and instead of injecting life into this horrible build he made things even weirder. Rock is clearly doing the corporate champion angle Vince did with him, and it's another example of them desperately trying to make Cody the #1 guy. They cut Naomi vs Liv(which I didn't mind) but decided that the Tiffany/Candace abortion needed to still happen. The only good thing was the Street Profits standing tall, outside of that this was a garbage episode of Smackdown.

Might be Punk winning the Chamber and turning heel WM17 style with the Rock's help.

Can't see Cody turning anytime soon and I don't see Cena being a heel during his farewell tour. I could see Punk being excited about being a heel again for the first time in over a decade.

Punk turning heel and becoming Rock's champ would be way more entertaining.

In all seriousness. I think Cody says no. Drew sells his soul and wins the title. Rock goes on to face Reigns the same night. I don’t know where Rollins fits in. Maybe a mixed tag match against Karrion Kross and his wife. Seth partners up with Becky Lynch. In the grand scheme of things (the main story). I think the message will be Reigns and Cody is trying to take the power back.

Crowd wasn't havin' it... they tried to turn them heel and they got cheered every time so they quietly pivoted into faces again. I'm thinkin' mostly on the strength of the respect the fans had for Lashley by then.

I looked at the Smackdown roster right now and Triple H gotta find a way to create better stories with them.

Shinsuke U.S title - Carmelo, Andrade LA Knight, Santos Escabor, The Miz, Priest

DIY tag team titles - Street Profits, Angel/Berto, MCMG, Wyatts, Pretty Deadly.

Chelsea Green U.S title opponents - Michin, Bliss, Candice, Zelina, or even a Piper turn idk.

Sidenote- I think Drew should have been in a feud with Roman.

Rock's entrance definitely exposed the difference between hardcore/casual fans. These clowns not knowing one of Wayne's biggest hits thinking that it was Def Rebel is as hilarious as it is embarrassing. These are the people HHH caters to

I think "The Final Boss" version The Rock may suffer from bipolar disorder. He turned heel and face so many times during that promo, he may have surpassed The Big Show's number of switchovers.
