The rock turning on Roman would be stupid

Why would you want to end the two man power trip so soon

the rock doesn't have to turn on roman on some typical shyt for the long con with cody to work

at mania, he could stop solo/jimmy interfering by command - they hesitate or listen to him because he is high chief, roman be like ??? and cody wins relatively clean in the confusion

raw after, rock explains roman is tarnishing their family legacy by resorting to interference every match mid way thru his reign, and reducing his cousins to goons - a real tribal chief should handle business by example

he invokes his status as high chief, and says he will steer the bloodline back to the rightful direction of dominance, but roman is no longer tribal chief (could even bring jey back into the fold depending on how you wanna go)

rock takes his break, bloodline splits between those who side with roman vs those who side with rock (prolly jey on one side with potentially a new family member joining, jimmy/solo on the other with heyman - assuming the jimmy/jey feud continues)

build it through summerslam, war games, and eventually mania with a match between the 2 for head of the table

The reason why I think there’s some master plan to betray Roman is silly is because that makes Cody look weak…

He needs help to beat Roman?

Then what’s the point of Seth in the story?

Everyone going with this narrative because they don’t know where wwe is going creatively

Cody had Roman 1V1 until the bloodline ran interference.
How can it make Cody look weak if Rock is there to stop solo and Jimmy? And the point of Seth is if The Rock can't handle them both on his own.. I'm personally waiting for it to play out and enjoying the show but Cody have one or even multiple people in his corner vs a champion that has cheated in 90% of his title shots is not weak

Austin theory said he couldn't touch Roman because he always had family around him

Cody said he would've won if Roman didn't have family around him

So yeah it's logical for some people to think that the only way for Roman to finally lose, is for his own family to either not be there, or to straight up betray him

They also make sure the camera shot gets it when it was on TV. They even changed the angle to make it more apparent. :ohhh:

Timestamped

or this could mean nothing

Squad gonna leave Roman once he loses and side with Rock. Roman loses everything just like Cody said he would.

I mean I’m not saying it’s going to happen, but I can see why people think so.

Strong possibility since that’s really how he fits in to this storyline.

He has every reason in his mind to turn on him.

One, Seth feels like he should be in the position that Cody is in as the #1 face.

Two, Seth has lost three times to him.

Three, Seth wanted Cody to pick him and said no.
I actually like the idea of Seth's trust being questioned to the point where he catches feelings and really does flirt with the idea of turning on him...but then when the moment comes and everything's uncertain, he proves himself a good man after all and helps Cody. And you can even still play it for a heel turn after like Kurt Angle after the InVasion where he wants to take credit and is still salty he wasn't trusted

Yeah, this is dope. I could see this playing out as well.

I really hope they don't do a tag team match on night 1.

You would be having 3 of the 4 guys doing double duty and those 3 would all be in World title matches. The risk of injury for those 3 guys would be too much and then your WM night 2 is ruined if any severe injury occurred. It would also undermine the EC winner greatly.

It seems like after SD it might end up being "I'll be in your corner" scenario. Hopefully more light is shed on Raw.
