Thibs :hhh:Honestly this article confirmed some of my major fears:francis:
That’s why they didn’t make him gm. Better to let him handle the Xs and Os. The way the knicks did it this time was amazing. They hired a competent front office with ties around the league and hired coaches with great resumes.

Looks like @ISO was right about Quickley not being a reach. Wes was convinced he was gonna go to Boston at 26.

The rest of the Wes stuff is troubling tho. Seems like hes really the one pushing for the Kentucky and CAA guys the most. Again, Rose seems to have set up “checks and balances” within his front office but there’s no doubt that KAT and Booker are in play.

for what?
every single metric shows he doesnt offer us anything we need.

he would waste more possessions for us if we let him play anything like he did in cleveland as opposed to running the offense through julius
and he isnt near the defender his athleticism suggests he should be
I'd rather not throw away mitches minutes for him

how are you a 6'10 tank with athleticism and shoot 44 percent on layups :scust:
but them 15 rebounds on the box score look nice when he isnt adding anything of value beyond that.

drummond will do what thibs tell him to do like everyone else.on our team does.
you are underrating the hell out of him. especially since we dont gotta give up much to get him

thibs winning energy is needed back there.
our front office has been fukkin lax the past 5 years or so. scared to make moves, scared to take risks, just making transaction and trying not to.be embarrassments.

thibs is on they neck every day lettin them know we need to win as soon as possible and be aggressive when it comes to improving the team. he wants a winner culture.and the players can feel that

Well he did get his way in Minnesota and got em to the playoffs. I think we’d still be good with thibs making decisions but not in this great situation we are now. Tons of capspace, lots of picks and the young talent getting better. They have checks and balances in place which will take us farther.
