Lately I've seen a huge backlash among black women when it comes to splitting bills. Like, they are starting to feel like they shouldn't have to pay anything unless they want to. A chick on Facebook was talking about how in her marriage to an older white man (which failed by the way) he paid everything because his grandparents told him if a woman had to help that meant he wasn't really a man. I'm sure his grand-pappy told him not to have mulatto children with a black woman either. Of course all the women were liking her comment.
I can handle rent and utilities as long as the pantry and fridge stay full and miscellaneous nuisance bills (phone, cable, various household needs) are taken care of. That comes to about a 60/40 or 65/35 arrangement depending.
Facts. I mean that in some way that women feel offended by suing their hard earned money to pay bills.
shyt like that is why I gotta be a damn millionaire and make sure the woman will never know how much I make.
