This is the messiest shyt I seen. Between this and Fani I am lowkey embarrassed for every black lawyer down there.
He had a meeting with a witness that the defense should’ve been privy to, thinking no one would find out.
In trials there’s something called Discovery where both sides have to review evidence and facts. It CAN NOT be one sided.
The judge knows this and kept facts from the defense which is a violation of the defendant’s rights.
By bringing it up, the judge was put in a position to have to now try to cover up that a meeting took place without the defense present. Thus exposing he’s corrupt, which is why he’s hell bent on knowing how they found out.
