His name ain't bought up but it's so stupid and short sided by all parties involved in this.
Police and feds are tracking everything Gotti and Youngsta are doing. They have some involvement in this from pulling string behind the scenes.
Youngsta immediately went ghost after the shooting and it ain't no coincidence why

Youngsta probably went ghost because smartly Gotti probably told him to lay low because they will be looking for revenge. Especially with him making music vids with dolph's last name on a tombstone in the video.
I doubt youngsta had anything to do with this after luckily/narrowly getting away with shooting dolph in the past.
