There’s too much moisture in the mist it seems. They fail to realize that he was being demeaning to other black men, as well. Dude had degrees but his mind hasn’t leveled up.
Because in the real world, offline, we as Black women, are harder on ourselves when it comes to looks, perception. The only people backing the ratchet shyt are other hos and thots bc they feel the need to have comrades in their debauchery and they get real defensive when they feel shamed, Black women, who conduct themselves appropriately have no problems checking what makes us look bad or fighting against the stereotypes. Ratchets on the other hand, don’t like being reminded of their insignificance and failures so they want to be surrounded by people like them - male or female.

I didn’t mean the gender shyt when I said that. I mean life in general, being black in this country—we have a lot of experiences that naturally cause us to be more defensive and offensive when we need be. Life= our battleground except usually it isn’t a battle limited to our opposite gender.
Our tendency to be defensive/offensive, and dramatic manifests into these struggle Olympics and gender wars on social media. But offline it’s not like that at all. And hell nah never have I had these discussions offline. I always have positive experiences with bm offline. It’s only on here where I notice Im being a little more toxic and engaging in that gender bullshyt. The gender wars is definitely some online shyt.

Now that that's been said. I'm happy for the breh. I genuinely am. But get your degrees/certs, stack your bread, stay out of trouble, make good decisions, and SHUT THE fukk UP.
Let your actions and achievements speak for themselves. There is no need to go on social media and go "Look at me! I'm doing better than you nikkas. Y'all aren't on my level and I'm too good for you hoes! What y'all need to do is glow up and get like me." This breh is just looking for attention, but didn't get the attention that he was seeking. If the breh wanted to motivate other Black Men and market himself to females, he could have toned it down or went about it another way without being condescending.
I do well for myself and I'm proud of what I accomplished, but I avoid social media for the most part. I just let everything that I have, and everything that I do speak for itself. I keep a REALLY small circle, but those that know me, interact with me regularly, and are around me know what I'm about.

He was doing too much. This is not the type of publicity you need as a working professional. 
That’s good for his father - he should have taught his son to be his own man and have character as a person to be humble in life bc this does not reflect well.
