If they did it in a noir style it wouldn't be Batman Beyond though.
Batman beyond was WAY more action oriented that traditional Batman stuff. In fact Terry was kind of a dumbass sometimes.
Long Halloween is more of a Noir-ish story....or Gotham by Gaslight.

I'm sorry breh I'm just going from the animated series I used to catch as a kid. Was definitely a darker show than most of the saturday morning shyt I peeped. I really think it would be good in a dark brutal style or something. and the high tech fukkery would be godly

The animated series was definitely dark in it's tone, but it wasn't Noir.
