Gailey really seems a bit scared to air it out with Fitz, consistently coaching around his limitations. And in doing so, it limits our offense. If you're going to start him, you need to live and die with his mistakes rather than calling games in fear.
In addition, it sort of makes Devin Smith a waste of a pick. Fitz can't get him the ball. Yet another 2nd rounder down the tubes.
