The Broncos play Cincy next week. The Jets need Cincy to win that game. The Broncos play the Chargers the last game of the year but that game is irrelevant, if the Jets and Broncos are tied at 11 wins the Jets get in. Essentially the Jets need the Chiefs to win the AFCW.
