I was looking at getting to a point where I’d have both (same city)…condo for the ho’s and the house for personal comfort/peace of mind…but I absolutely couldn’t do a PH as my main shyt…at the end of the day it’s personal preference…neither is universally “better” if we’re being serious
I have A LOT of comfort where i live. Man if you ever feel cramped up go to the lounge area, flirt with some bytches, go to the game room play some pool and shyt, conference rooms all that shyt. Spa area.. Then again I'm not home all day so when i do get home i love it. As long everything in your crib is luxury... You're good.
It depends. I live/own a pricey 3500sq home but I also have a wife and a kid. Day by day I tell myself I'd be comformable with a campervan on a plot of 4 plus acres .
I like penthouse but I don't want people knowing where I live and being able to plot my moves.
Like I don't need all that space but I also don't want to live too close to other people.

I don't think the OP did a good job of showing a 4000 sq ft house. I'm not saying bytches wouldn't be impressed with both places.. But when you pulling up to one of these, it's just something different. And not a single place here is over 4000, some are less
