how does this help?
i'm in the same situation
scientifically proven that stretching and strengthening can add height. I believe the largest case for an adult human has been 6 inches. Most it will be less than an inch or nothing. Just depends on how much compression you get each day and if you muscle has strengthened to where there's no more stretch. I learned this in college. I was about 5'11" when I went to the doc for migraines. Was actually in a study, and she was taking my height and weight. She said, almost 6', but I bet you have a couple of inches left in you. I thought she was shytting me. But she said to try yoga or some circuit training with good upper body stretching and strengthening. So i did both. Could have been a late growth spurt, but I gained a couple of inches in my upper body. Initially, when I was going in twice a day for the study, she showed me how I was half an inch taller in the morning then. So that's why I believed her and tried it out. Doesn't work for everyone but she says the compression is just part of your anatomy and it can be taken advantage of for some. Now that the internets are more prevalent, this info is everywhere. Just one of those weird human body facts.
