Man they’re growing apartments lie trees up in there lol. I’m glad I moved about 20 miles north because I probably wouldn’t have a place to stay if I lived in the city lol. I fukk with Charlotte though cause it’s just right... it’s not too big that it’s hard to get around, yet it’s not too small where nothing goes on. Dallas is a boring place, idk why y'all keep on hyping it. constant construction, terrible water, and no scene.You could pick any other major city in TX, and be in much greater place. Charlotte and Raliegh are cool places to hang, hell I'll even say a better place for your family but ATL overall is better.

Any city that have a 2 a.m. curfew, have a nightlife scene.

And people aren't coming to Dallas to check out Deep Ellum. When nikkas go to Dallas, they're like "what the fukk should I do here?" Deep Ellum isn't something nikkas hop off the plane with a plan to hit up!

It's a poor imitation of 6th Street in Austin.

As a matter of fact, most of the stuff being developed in Dallas is but an imitation of Austin's flow. You nikkas have no culture of your own.

It's mostly geared toward cacs. nikkas just happen to frequent the spots. But, it's clear the latest spots were designed with cacs in mind.

That's not necessarily true, breh. They have injected new life in Deep Ellum. It's a pretty eclectic spot at this point.

Somewhat of a poor imitation of 6th Street in Austin or Wynwood in Miami.

To me, it's actually better than Little 5/EAV in Atlanta. We'll have to see what happens with revamped Underground Atlanta.
