Dallas just has jobs. Without the jobs there, people would rarely choose Dallas as a place to relocate. People usually relocate there because of a job, not because they have this desire to move to Dallas!

They've offered nothing. They've added nothing to Black culture. Which is hard to grasp when you consider the number of Black people in Dallas.

Dallas is notorious for the dress codes. There is a part of town called Uptown (which is similar to Atlanta'a Midtown). nikkas were always getting turned away. And signs were posted on some legit shyt.

Federal government even had to step in at one point! Uptown wasn't designed with nikkas in mind. It was designed as a playground for the sons and daughters of wealthy cacs in University Park.

In the "white" area of Dallas called Highland Park, they didn't allow a nikka to move in until 2003! And I think that one nikka is still the only one there! Look it up.

The thing about Dallas is those cacs are brilliant in terms of how they create enclaves for themselves. Well-to-do nikkas are clustered in Desoto because that's how cacs wanted it. nikkas aren't buying up massive amounts of property in Southlake, Frisco, University Park and other areas where cacs have established unstated zones.
