I keep getting stuck when he sends out those 2 machines

On the first try I almost beat him but I used my chain attack just a little too early

Any advices brehs....i am level 69.

I hope the DLC they mentioned in the Expansion Pass is after the main story. I gotta see what happens next.

The plot of Xenoblade and 2 connect but not in an important way. Final Fantasy games share themes but the plots don't connect.

I ignored the machines and focused on the boss. I brought the first 3 party members you get with me. My Rex had Pyra, that southern naked looking healer with the boobs and ice element, and Pandoria and my Nia had the big ball looking eating healer, her tiger, and I forgot the last one I think it was a tiny fairy looking healer but she had all healers and Tora had Poppi and QT.

I don't know if Monolith Soft would go hard on DLC like that though.

I don't know brehs. I think some of the DLC is after the main story for a couple reasons.

1. The Expansion Pass mentions "new quests" (January 2018) and "new story content" (Fall, 2018). They make it a point to differentiate the two.

So we're definitely getting something added to the main story.

2. I guess you could say "well, it could be during the game"....which is possible but the "new story content" drops damn near a year after the game has been out. I've never heard of a dev taking that much time on a DLC unless it added significant content to the game.
