While the acquisition should have been investigated on anti-trust grounds, it's clear Warren is trying to throw chum in the water for her feminist voter base with this whole sexual harassment angle. Thats the basis of the argument about being bought by a major corporation. The smaller studios and employees have less bargaining power and the people at the top that are responsibile for the issues make off like bandits. It’s not just Kotick either, its the entire Board of Directors that have been protecting him and helping him cover up all the bullshyt over the last 10 years
