To be fair my friend, that gif from Titanfall is the PC version. Sounds like Respawn is out to get the 60fps by any means necessary, so I doubt the game will be 1080p native on the XBone. 720p or maybe 1600x900 native.

Killzone has always been a sub par "me too!" game franchise.

It's the Vinny Testeverde of gaming franchises.
A game with a 91 metacritic and over million sold hardly is subpar. KZ2 was a fine shooter that was different from other shooters. I know I'll get rocks thrown at me but KZ2 tried something else whilst every other fps screamed "me too".

Even if it's 60fps native 1080p that doesn't mean much there isn't much happening. Those mechs and the player count is low so it could pull it off. Titanfall is only 6v6 compared to Killzone's 24 player. BF4 and KZ:SF look better imo.

Hey, Testeverde was a pretty decent quarterback. But you have to understand that he played in a time of Elway, Marino, Montana, Young, Kelly and if you're feeling generous Esiason and Moon.

Maybe in a different time or a different era nikkas would care about Killzone. But in a BF4, COD world no one gives a fukk. That's why Titanfall, the franchise that's doing something different, gets the majority of the hype.

We haven't yet nailed down playercount. The level we showed at Gamescom was 6v6, but ultimately its determined by the designers. Whatever plays best and feels good is what we'll use. It also can (and probably will) change per map/gamemode/campaign mission. With the way the game plays, a one-sized-fits-all max playercount for all maps wouldn't work great.

That said, we're not aiming to go for the biggest playercounts on the market. We care about what plays right for our game.

nikkas obviously cared about it enough this time around seeing as it's the most preordered for next gen consoles surpassing xbox one exclusives and multiplats.

More players =/= better game.
More players aren't necessarily going to make the game better. Go play Planetside 2 and see how fun it is.
