Jedi fallen order you have different planets to explore and depending on what skills/tools you have unlocked you can access different parts of the levels and find different things.

The term you're looking for is "fetch quests," and they were all garbage

And for someone who doesn't like puzzles in games, you sure picked a game that was full of annoying little obstacles you had to maneuver with the Force just to make the slightest progression

I disagree with your opinion that the exploration was “garbage” in that game. It was a big part of that game and something they plan to expand with the sequel.

Yes fallen order was the movieest game that i’ve enjoyed recently, but the dark souls lite gameplay and metroidvania progression gave me just enough “gamey” stuff to enjoy.

I know, right? Every planet was a maze, and not the kind of maze that's rewarding to explore, like Bloodborne for instance, it was just tedious legwork to keep making you lose your bearings to extend the playtime
