Doubt it, he hated getting into Logan shape and he's been battling skin cancer for a minute. Ben Barnes from Punisher looks like he could be Logan, along with Eastwood. Besides they'll probably want someone new

I’ve seen both names linked. I don’t know how I feel about either so far to be honest

Mystique is a overpushed add on..Jennifer Lawrence was why they kept pushing her. MCU makeover or not, understand this...Magneto and Wolverine arent going anywhere. The whole franchise could go down in flames and Marvel arent letting them go down...Storm and Rogue too.

I must be getting misinterpreted.

I know Wolverine, etc. are going to play an integrel part in the MCU when the merger happens.

But I'll be happy about 2 things. One, it won't be the Wolverine/Magento/Charles/Raven show 24/7 now matter how much the story has nothing to do with them or how stale it's gotten. Not to mention FF.

And two, I'm looking forward to seeing them...just not this crew and their phoned in performances anymore.

Phoenix Saga is arguably the most epic Marvel comic written but based on this trailer it's looking like a Twilight feud.

Like another poster mentioned....in MCU Thanos is throwing the moon in Fox The Phoenix is flipping cops cars.

Why are they making ANOTHER X-Men movie with the Phoenix storyline? I swear it’s the most overrated X-Men saga.

Iger just came out and said there won't be two universes.

They'll use whatever they have their disposal (time loop, snap, Infinity Stone, etc) but FF and X-Men will be in 1 universe with The Avengers.

It's just a question of how. He can be the running gag....he's so left field the audience won't care.

Mutants already exist in the MCU, but unlike The Avengers (which was the real big time, out in the open intro for super guys) they have secret identities, don't want to be famous out of fear ("racism") and Que ball has a has been using mind control and working with the marvel equivalent of the MIB on the low low to quell public outrage.

They should have just canned this, but until the whole merger goes through, Fox is still it's own company so they have to put it out. Plus, they've already spent the money on it. So they have to at the very least try and get some of that back.

Not knocking you but that "keep quiet I'm a mutant" may work on some but not the Wolverine or Charles X of the worlds.

But heck it's good to speculate. I got a feeling The Eternals, Ant Man Negative Zone and Avengers 4 will hopefully answer some of these questions.

Yea the avengers can be the mainstream do gooders with spiderman and em having feel good stories and the xmen being the contrast to that with the outcast serious civil rights lgbt issues
