Wow this really got pushed back to June? What a waste. They might as well forget about releasing it in theaters and just release it on Netflix

What if their ages doesn’t bother the MCU Universe? Aside from First Class & Evolution, when have Erik & Charles been young?? Do you really wanna do this to yourself, or do you wanna keep asking sassy ass questions?

Anyone thinking they're not starting from scratch with the material and actors...
No one is getting brought back.

And fanboy is a generic term settle down. Joe Blow or not a die-hard fan is gonna get confused seeing Fassbenser or McCavoy but not the rest.

Roles get recast all day (Batman, James Bond) and no one loses sleep.

I'm looking forward to this. My expectations are low, but it's the x-men, so I gotta watch it.

On these second wave of X-men films, I actually enjoyed First Class & DOFP. The Apocalypse movie was awful. That movie was so bad, that I think it changed the entire perception of the second wave of movies. It seems like the consensus is that they are just all trash, and that movie is the reason imo.

I'm looking forward to Disney/Marvel getting this franchise. It neglected so many characters. The only focus has been Charles/Magneto/Wolverine & Mystique.

FC and DOFP were dope as fukk...but yeah they fukked it up BAD with the way they did Poc.

But Poc was their only bad joint in their last 5 or 6 movies with Logan, FC, DOFP, and DP 1&2 being good.

What's so sacred about those two?

Whether or not you like FoX-Men. They’ve been better stewards of this franchise than FF.

Marvel only had to reboot Spider-Man and purposefully didn’t step on the stuff that Sony had touched.

X-men is going to be a bit more challenging.

There is no definitive X team like high school was to Peter Parker.


They have to outdo casting for Logan, Magneto, and Xavier.

I am not a hater. I own every Fox X-Men movie on blu ray except for Deadpool series and Apocalypse. Even Origins. I think Iron Man 2, 3 Thor 2 and Age Of Ultron are fukking awful.

They could have had their own MCU with all the material they had and instead gave us half-assed efforts cause they knew as long as it was just above average they could keep us returning as we held out hope this would be the movie they finally put it all together.

Every part of this entity from Fox needs to go in the shytter and far away. It's literally limping along and becoming an albatross on this merger.

It's Cap Rooney and we waiting on Willie Beaman.

And Deadpool is firmly established in Fox’s universe so there will be more considerations made about how to establish him in the new one or/and have two universes running concurrently.

Iger just came out and said there won't be two universes.

They'll use whatever they have their disposal (time loop, snap, Infinity Stone, etc) but FF and X-Men will be in 1 universe with The Avengers.

It's just a question of how. He can be the running gag....he's so left field the audience won't care.

Mystique is a overpushed add on..Jennifer Lawrence was why they kept pushing her. MCU makeover or not, understand this...Magneto and Wolverine arent going anywhere. The whole franchise could go down in flames and Marvel arent letting them go down...Storm and Rogue too.
