My unpopular X-Men opinion… every storyline centered around Jean Grey is trash and takes up too much air time.

So in the original xmen Wolverine comes in contact with the techno-virus and basically creates the antibodies needed. This happened in front of the entire team. Why the fukk didn't Beast just use the same logic this time around?

Nate's already infected with this one and it's likely some modified version different than Apocalypse's as Sinister was pissed they spoiled his baby soup too early for whatever he had planned for the kid. They don't know what infecting Logan with it would do and Baby Cable might not make it while they experiment on it with Logan's blood or something, so the easiest solution was to have Bishop 'Lone Wolf & Cub' it with Baby Cable in the future for a better chance at saving him. Babysitter Bishop gave Cable his first timeslide.

Nobody cares about Morph, a character that don't even exist in the actual X Men mythology.

He was invented for the OG cartoon just as someone to "kill off" to make the stakes higher.

Morph aka Kevin Sidney has been a part of the X-men Mythos since the late 60s. His code name was Changeling back then

He was the first X-men member to die in action. The second one was Thunderbird. When the writers decided they wanted him back, they brought back a parallel universe version who went by Morph. The og Animated series merged the two versions together.

This X-Men ‘97 shyt is fukkin’ FLAMES. God damn I’m loving this shyt. Sucks that the head writer got fired because he seems to be on point with his vision for this series going forward.

They'll be aight. They got 16 years of stories from Chris Claremont, and they are set up nicely for the Morrison run if they want to move on
