Will FOX cancel it once it starts to get good again like they do with every other show they have?
I think it isn't getting good again anytime soon, fox know they have a keeper.

We really won’t know until we see how it performs.
Is Friday Night usually terrible for TV? Absolutely. But maybe FOX is banking on that wrestling audience to prove them wrong. And it’s not like the bar is set high either.
Masterchef, which was on last Friday in that 8pm time slot Smackdown is expected to go into, drew an 0.8 rating. Smackdown averages around a 2.2 on USA right now. Even if ratings drop by 30% they would still double what’s being aired in that spot now
Bottom line......only time will tell.

Friday is bad enough but if they go back to being taped 
That should be on WWE brass list of things to negotiate. Friday has always been a death slot, but especially so now in the age of DVR and social media.

It will. The whole reason for this deal is getting a guaranteed two hours of live television. Smackdown has no value taped. Well, maybe not no value, but certainly not $1 billion in value.
