Because when the ball consistently doesn't get near someone, the defense usually starts to realize it and doesn't bother guarding him. That leaves the other 4 guys to basically play short handed. The guy said a few months into the season as a matter of fact, that the team doesn't have any plays run for him at all. Are you trying to suggest they'd be better off without him, or that spo was doing a good job with him?
Paul George, Kawhi, Jimmy Butler, and Draymond Green all averaged 7 points or less their rookie season. Since when do we make indictments on 19 year olds after 1 year? None the less 1 who played his best basketball when the season was on the line? Our best young guy averaged less than 7 points and less than 2 assists last year on a 42/27.5/68 shooting slash. If there's no bright young stars to work with, why would a free agent come here? So they could try to be 2007-10 Wade?
so are you spoelstra dikk riders happy now?....you got what you wanted....hassan is gone and now it's officially the spo show
riley and spo really need to get over themselves already. their old school approach is just laughable now. it's not gonna fly with the new era of nba superstars. lebron came to to the heat cause of d wade, not pat riley. and you guys really believe the heat aren't in a complete panic right now?......riley is probably blowin up hassan's phone begging him for one more chance, just like he did with lebron. always wanna wait til it's too late....cause he's the "don" and he's too cool for that. but fukk it....hassan don't owe them shyt. he would have to be extremely fukkin dumb to stay in miami after how they treated him. gettin paid should be his sole motivation right now
"I want to win more than anything. I don't really want to be the face of a losing franchise. You want to be a face of a winning program. And it's always easier to get people to come to Miami "
Bench your best young player for the entire 4th quarter regularly and start a washed up Amare Stoudemire over him . As far as I remember before he showed up, the team was dead last in rebounding, near dead last in offensive rebounds, and we're very poor in rim protection and shot blocking, while the heat as a whole were a very poor defense, yet he didn't even get 24 minutes a game on a calendar month until April 2015. @((ReFleX)) you put it fairly well. About to lose our second cornerstone in 3 years yet pat wants to extend a coach who gives josh McRoberts major minutes at center. shyt is not looking good.fukk spo if we really lost whiteside. he has treated him like shyt
cant even be mad at hassan cause if i put myself in his shoes id be like fukk this shyt and fukk youBench your best young player for the entire 4th quarter regularly and start a washed up Amare Stoudemire over him

this is ridiculous. hassan was essentially a SECOND year player....do you really expect him to be perfect?....even spo said his work ethic was crazy....that he was always working to get better. the leap he made from 2014 to last season was insane. of course he had flaws....what sophmore year player doesn't?....doesn't change the fact that he completely gave this team life when they signed him....when we were dead last in rebounding and getting shyt on routinely. but lets forget about that. lets forget about the raptors out rebounding us 50 to 30 in game 7......lets forget about all the games in the regular season where hassan singlehandedly carried us to victories on both ends. lets forget about steve clifford saying his whole game plan revolved around hassan in the first round. lets forget about all that. because he's a 2nd year center who had trouble in the pick and roll. that's all that matters brehsBreh what are you saying? If the team never did nothing in the regular season. Do you think they are going to magically do it in the playoffs? The heat need him to protect the hole but he is not that great of an on the ball or help defender which he refused to do.

Have we got another guy who can give us 14-15 points on 60%+ shooting? Have we got another guy who can give us 12+ rebounds a night in roughly 25-27 minutes? Have we got another guy to protect the rim at all? He's one of 4 players on this team that have any upside, and he covers more holes on this team than any other player does besides Wade. Remember what the team looked like in 2014-15 without him? The defense getting torched in the paint every night, the team getting beat up on the offensive glass? If he's so expendable, then do tell who we replace him with that's good for the team in the short and the long term.Yall dudes can say what you want. Once Whiteside went back to the starting lineup shyt went downhill. When he was coming off the bench that's when the team went on that run.
20 offensive rebounds allowed without him in the lineup, but people aren't worried about losing our best young player, who is clearly going to keep improving?this is ridiculous. hassan was essentially a SECOND year player....do you really expect him to be perfect?....even spo said his work ethic was crazy....that he was always working to get better. the leap he made from 2014 to last season was insane. of course he had flaws....what sophmore year player doesn't?....doesn't change the fact that he completely gave this team life when they signed him....when we were dead last in rebounding and getting shyt on routinely. but lets forget about that. lets forget about the raptors out rebounding us 50 to 30 in game 7......lets forget about all the games in the regular season where hassan singlehandedly carried us to victories on both ends. lets forget about steve clifford saying his whole game plan revolved around hassan in the first round. lets forget about all that. because he's a 2nd year center who had trouble in the pick and roll. that's all that matters brehs
